Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a committed Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT to join a skilled nursing facility SNF in Odemos, MI for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend.
The qualified Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT will act as the patients' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist patients to function at their personal best.
As a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT, you will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT:
o Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages o Examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability o Work with individuals to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles o Provide care for people in a nursing home setting o State licensure is required in state in which a physical therapist practices o Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis Pioneer Healthcare Services is a San Diego-based staffing and travel recruitment firm that specializes in finding exceptional nursing, Physical Therapy and other therapy positions for its clients across the US.
