The screener is responsible for screening applicants for employment with (confidential company) This individual will provide a variety of screening services:
screening, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and background checks.
The person in this role will perform pre-screening over the phone or on Zoom, and then scheduling an in-person interview with the prospects potential future supervisor.

Design job descriptions and qualification questions.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass the background check Must have a valid driver's license Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a screener or recruiter Strong interpersonal skills Able to multitask and work independently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
